Tea and Talk

We meet for a Tea and Talk after our Walk and Talk events and also as part of our Together Coffee Mornings and Together Activities. In fact talking is at the heart of what we do!


It’s really important that we all feel able to talk openly about mental health – to talk, to listen, to change lives.
