Mindful MomentsIt can be easy to rush through life without stopping to notice much.

Paying more attention to the present moment, to your own thoughts and feelings, and to the world around you can improve your mental wellbeing.

Some people call this awareness "mindfulness". Mindfulness can help us enjoy life more and understand ourselves better. 

With this in mind, we are launching our new Mindful Moments activity. This activity is all about creating space for yourself and taking time out to live in the moment, we will incorporate breathing, relaxation and stretching exercises. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or towel and some water.

We will finish our activity with a drink and chat at a nearby cafe or pub.

All our together activities carry a £2.50 charge, this enables us to purchase resources, pay for room hire etc.
