Coronavirus Disclaimer

We have had to make some changes to our events in-line with the latest government guidelines as of 14/09/20. Please read this disclaimer before attending any of our events.

  • For the duration of the event you must ensure that you are ‘1m plus’ apart from others.The ‘plus’ means doing something else to limit your possible exposure – like wearing a face covering.
  • All our events include an organised sporting activity and will be booked in two groups of 6 people which will include a volunteer in each group. Therefore, booking will work on a first to book, first to get a place basis.
  • Please do not attend our events if you are showing any of the main symptoms of the coronavirus which are:
    • High temperature
    • New, continuous cough
    • Loss or change to your sense of smell or taste
  • Please do not attend our event if you have been near anyone who has the Coronavirus or is displaying symptoms of the coronavirus.
  • Everyone is reminded to follow Public Health England Advice to:
  • Always carry tissues with you and use to them to catch your cough or sneeze. Then bin the tissue, and wash your hands, or use sanitiser gel.
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water, especially after public transport. Use a sanitiser gel if soap and water and not available.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Avoid close contact with people who are unwell.
  • If you wish to wear a face mask at our events, please do so upon government recommendation.
  • If after attending one of our events you show any symptoms of coronavirus, please alert us as matter of urgency so that we can make everyone at the event aware
  • Participation at any of our events is at your own risk, however, we will endeavour to follow the government guidelines to ensure that the events are as safe as they can be for all participants and volunteers.
  • If you arrive at an event displaying symptoms of the coronavirus then we will exercise our right to turn you away.
  • We will continue to review government guidelines and update this page accordingly.
